Removed bad air alarms, added scrub/vent in central, corrected stairs in cryo/bridge with another version that should load the sprite properly

Removed an unlinked blastdoor over the ORM. Decided against it. Added more trashcans due to no disposals. Rearranged loot drop locations to prevent blocking areas when shuttles spawn.
