MISSING front and backend instructions #2

I managed to get whisper and llama.cpp working but I'm struggling installing the front end and backend without knowing reqs and how you did it.

Also 3.1 models dont work in this version of llama cpp there is a branch that can handle them here. https://github.com/ggerganov/llama.cpp/tree/345c8c0c87a97c1595f9c8b14833d531c8c7d8df
