I added an introductory page for PSF validation, based mainly on two papers which we had gone over in the journal club (for HSC and DES, see the bibliography file). I have not found that much to put in this section but I hope it is comprehensive ; as it is still pretty short I did not follow the organisation from issue #34
I have also found this article https://academic.oup.com/mnras/article/496/4/5017/5861948 published last year which seems relevant, but I have not found this approach used in a real survey yet so I did not include it ; it may be interesting to at least mention it though, but I am not sure where.
