Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Topics were originally hardcoded, created connection between pill icons that are in the API and ForumPageDiscover.js

Describe the solution you'd like
I want to be able to see the topics from the API rather than hardcoded into the ForumDiscoverPage.js
