[BUG] - Infinite Loader when Description is not set (Installer)

Environment

• CMW Version: alpha-02
• Resource Version: Installation part
• PHP Version: 8.3.13
• Browser: Edge
• Device Type: Desktop

Bug Description

The page load infinitly when we don't set an Description (and we set a title).
Why not set a verification, because we don't know if it's required or not.

Steps to Reproduce the Bug

1. go to install.php
2. Follow all step until the naming page and description
3. Set a name, and let description empty
4. Click on "Next" button

Expected Behavior

Beautiful loader.

Observed Behavior

Nothing revelent on console, i think in the back we have a problem :D
Actually, just refreshing the page and set a description works.
