This change #5 means only admin users can be used to authenticate sinopia for the gitlab API.

Our DevOps team doesn't feel comfortable using an admin user for sinopia. Can this change be put behind an option (use /projects, not /projects/all), so we can lock down which projects sinopia is able to see via the API?
