Support debugging of HTTP requests

To make it easy for developers to understand the REST requests the client sends to C8Y, it would be good if the framework supported looging the requests. If this is already possible with IDE / OS level tooling, document their usage. System log on MacOS is probably not the answer as it redacts the path from requests.
