Stopwatch free run option

Occasionally a client needs to constrain their read to a specific duration.

While your current Timers provide Stopwatch and ETA functions, they appear to be tied to animation movement only.

Since presenters may go off script with anecdotes and elaborations, pausing scrolling results in Timers pausing as well.

It would be helpful to have continuous running Timers as an option regardless of animation state and that can be paused/reset by hotkeys while in Prompt mode.
