Did something happen where this reverted on Firefox again? I did CMD Shift R as well.

Seems to be working for me on both Chrome and Firefox on Windows.

I'm on Firefox 33.0.1. (Yes, I know, SUPER old version, but it's necessary for me for work as I run selenium for functional testing and that ancient version is required.)

@ErnieAtLYD I'm not sure how to test for this edge case.. any suggestions? Can I even get 33.0.1 to test on?

There's always browserstack. A throwaway email and a trial account should
be all you need
