So far most crashes are reported to come from deserialization, e.g. https://github.com/DA0-DA0/dao-indexer/blob/main/src/indexing/tx.rs#L55

Relates to #35 -- when opening up ability to run alpha version of the indexer, include a data gathering step to be developed to fulfill this issue's goal.
