Open source dao-indexer code

Once the DAO DAO UI is making any sort of postgres query against an instance of a DB maintained by dao-indexer, we should turn our full attention to a good V0 open source release.

This includes but is not limited to:

• A nicely edited README.md
• Instructions, scripts, and a docker file that will allow any DAO DAO frontend developer to spin up the indexer and Hasura locally.
• Enough unit tests and testdoc that onboarding new developers won't steal all our time
• Making this repo public
• Blog platform accounts
• Blog posts for developers
