Given a folder structure:

extract all "hyperparameters" <--- given folder structure pull things from it
provide some UI to surface that
then allow someone to specify something to run

Goal:

validate pulling hyperparameters out
running something
UI ergonomics

Next step:

then name parameters / sweep over things.
