question regarding the functional connectivity matrix of ABCD two-year follow-up rsfMRI data #125

Hi,

I have a quick question about whether the functional connectivity (FC) matrices obtained based on the Gordon atlas are available for the two-year follow-up ABCD dataset.

Or, do you know whether preprocessed resting-state fMRI data mapped onto the surface areas (ptseries.nii or dtseries.nii) are available so we can quickly compute the FC matrix? This is because obtaining the preprocessed fMRI data onto the surface areas is computationally very heavy (because of both the "recon-all" using FreeSurfer and "ciftify_recon_all"), so it will take a lot of time while our goal is to use the FC matrix on the Gordon atlas for the subsequent analysis.

By the way, we used your FC matrix released for the ABCD baseline dataset (thank you). And I am looking for a similar data for a two-year follow-up dataset if available.

Thanks for letting me know. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Best,

Jong-Hwan
