First build release

There's been some changes to make setup easier.

I've removed the need for Visual Studio Code so now you can upload using a Chromium based web browser.

The files originally needed on the MicroSD card are now stored in the program flash so you no longer need to copy them manually.
The throttle can now also format the MicroSD card if it's not in the format it needs.

This release should be considered BETA so may have unknown issues.
If you come across any bugs please create an issue with as much detail as possible.
