Opsec Browser 0.15

This release removes the black icons and goes back to the old icons, I put the controls at the bottom and added a new "Open Local HTML" button.

Opsec Browser will also come bundled with Offic 6.0.0

Note: Repl banned me, therefore the home page + e page is gone. We will fix this in 0.16.
