[FEATURE] Add few easy features to compete with custom launchers

Describe the feature

• Apply Monet icons to only homescreen and not in app drawer. Right now Monet icons apply to both without any segregation.
• Remove the scroll bar in app drawer. It's big and ugly
• Allow 100% Opacity of App Drawer, QS Panel and Recents Page while following monet. As it is in pixel launcher.

Why would it be useful to add?

Doing this will make the current launcher very very closer to pixel launcher.
