There exists an environment.yml that defines a Conda environment.

  • Revise the environment. Check whether it can be re-created and update if necessary.
  • Compare the environment to the dkfzLsf.
  • Consider checking the results.
  • Document

This should be done after the Nextflow migration #5 .
