We will check this and get back to you, however, this is a known issue and we are currently talking with the DPD team to get this approved faster.

As for the free delivery price for any other courier, I'll have to check, as it is not something we are aware of.

Have the same issue in PS 8.1.5, the Carrier becomes FREE after the user has logged in EVEN though the rules in BO in DPDbaltic v3.2.19 config are set to not be free.

I had a little look at the price rules and discovered the problem. If you select "All" under "Receiver zones" in the price rules, the calculation of the delivery price does not work. However, if you select "ZONE 3 - ALL" it WORKS :)

In my case we have multistore shop. We have price rules for different zones: Lithuania, Latvia an Estonia.

The initial issue with the price rules should be fixed.

As for the default shipping price, more information or specific shop environment would be needed, as this is a default PrestaShop functionality, which is not impacted by the DPD module.
