Improve button consistency

The edit and add buttons are in different places in different tabs of the app. This isn't 100% ideal and it should be consistent throughout the entire UI, considering most screens are pretty similar. The best plan of action here is probably to just move the edit button to the bottom of each section for everything, which would have the added benefit of reducing the amount of things that have to be sorted through to edit an item.
