Integrate SAND detsim and reco (i.e. integrate both fastreco and sand-reco)

Add a python script (to be imported from ProcessND.py).
The script will have:

a function to get and compile fastreco
a function to get and compile sand-reco
a function to create a string with the set of bash command needed to run fastreco or sand-reco
