This GitHub contains two directories:
- lactic_acid_inhibition, and
- test_suite.
The first contains code for optimization of a lactic acid production process with KKT & Optimal Control dFBA and acid inhibition. The second contains code for testing different implementations of KKT & Optimal Control dFBA
Scripts are run in Julia 1.8.5 with the packages listed in status.txt.
The analysis notebooks are run in Python 3.10. See requirements.txt for package versions.
Some scripts use the Snek package for CobraPy. You can download it at https://github.com/Gotsmy/snek and check out the documentation at https://homepage.univie.ac.at/mathias.gotsmy/snek/.
