The syntaxera/cakephp-sparkpost-plugin dependency in the composer.json file no longer exists. The repository on Github leads to a 404, along with the user's profile. There appears to be a fork at https://github.com/sdevore/scid-sparkpost-plugin

It appears that you have your own fork that is listed in Packagist: https://packagist.org/packages/dallasmakerspace/cakephp-sparkpost-plugin
