Manage EBS with Terraform #12

The EBS volume used by the EC2 server is currently outside Terraform control. It's default created via the aws_instance resource. Pulling it into Terraform would allow managing size, archiving lifecycle, and even EBS type (eg. gp2 vs gp3).
