version 0.2.8 incompatible with version 0.2.7 #8

Given semantic versioning, version 0.2.8 should be compatible with version 0.2.7 but it isnt. BsvError has been renamed in version 0.2.8.

This issue is acknowledgement of this error and a placeholder while I consider a mechanism to prevent it from happening again.
