Selecting PL and other character, results in their name not showing up to the left of the drop-down. Getting past that point hasn't be successful for to dive deeper into what else is broken. These are my MD5's for Elite MMO DLL files:

4fb79856e7f9f3a0918d8c0203e8be66 EliteAPI.dll (02/17/2022)
f30c290f3bc2c5ea097ca10c9d1c8b3a EliteMMO.API.dll (11/10/2020)

The EliteAPI.dll file needs updating to fix this issue.

That worked for me. Thank you SillyB. Here's the md5sum for anyone curious about where they have the correct version as of today 3/30/2022
