Radial Arcana - Stuck in loop?

I have radial arcana setup to use every time it is available. I do this by setting the MP setting higher than the max MP of the character. However, I am forced to manually cast my geo bubble for it to start. If not, it is stuck trying to use radial arcana once I click the start button.

It seems logic needs to be added to only use radial arcana if a bubble is out. If not, skip.
