Moving to archive

Hi all,

I only have one of these devices left, and as it is working well, I have not made any updates to the repo in some time.
I'm thinking of setting the repo to archive mode, unless someone would like to take over development.

I also thought of merging https://github.com/JeffreyStocker/homebridge-ecoplug before this, since @JeffreyStocker has made some newer updates in the last 2 years.

Personally I flashed all mine with Tasmota years ago, and haven’t looked back.

For me the physical plugs are still widely used.

I'm more worried about the folks still running stock FW. It seems like newer devices have a different protocol as well.
