Describe the bug
Monika can't use the webcam

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Repeat Dialogue (or unseen if she hasn't tried before'
  2. Click on 'Yes'
  3. She says she is opening the camera
  4. Doesn't work

Expected behavior
Monika turns on webcam
Screenshots

Additional context

I have the "allow webcam access" on and I also can not switch the Chosen webcam, it is stuck at 0.

oh also the test webcam button isnt working either
