• Create a new template with a form for the user to register his or her app and for contacting purposes.

@derickfan and @Maker-Mark , the front end code for the App of the Month is ready; all whats is left is to retrieve the information from the form. The barebones for the app route are already in app.py such that the user is redirected to a new "app submitted" page. See lines 1024-1033 of the app.py file.
