Discord Users making requests via moobot

I made a few changes to help with managing things from an external machine (not network connected). Namely, I added a separate set of pages for viewing the requests with buttons to mark them complete or skipped since my machine is completely inaccessible.

Currently, the only thing that I am not seeing is a way to deal with MooBot commands being requested from Discord rather than twitch chat.

I put in a temporary catch-all that puts in "discord" if no user is assigned to the request being inserted to sm_requests but might be one to think about.
