Upload and download progress status should be redesigned to use a CLI-based progress bar.

For now, this change is purely for cosmetic purposes, however, if #21 gets implemented, it will become a necessity. This is because our current approach for presenting progress to the user is too clumsy to be user-friendly if multiple threads are being used.

CLI-based progress bars have been added as of v1.0.9.
