Release of v0.17.3

This is the latest release of OpenCloudSave. To upgrade:

• Windows: Run opencloudsave_0.17.3_x86_64.msi
• Linux: Run Install.Desktop
• MacOS: Run opencloudsave_0.17.3.dmg

Changes:

• Added custom FTP server support! Now you can specify a local/remote FTP server by IP address.
• Improved error reporting by improving error messaging, and fixing a bug where certain errors would not be reported via the GUI.
• Fixing bug where a direct path to a steam play game would not sync properly.
• Added multiple new game definitions based on community feedback.
• Changing syncing strategy to use 'sync' over a bidriectional sync. Users should see much more consistent results when syncing different sets of save data across multiple machines. If users want to switch back to bisync, they can toggle the option in "Settings".
• Added license attributions for open source software under "Settings".
• Bugs fixes and performance improvements.
