These could be removed after upgrade, if safely possible:

gcc-8-base:amd64 8.3.0-6 installed: No available version in archive
libgcc1:amd64 1:8.3.0-6 installed: No available version in archive

I imagine the same is true for gcc-7-base, and older.

ACK, IIRC also a classic leftover in current systems when they were bootstrapped longer time ago with a different base (and propagate or survive via template VMs/containers)
