At current releasing a winget package is a manual process consisting of

Creating a common Defang CLI release (make release from defang/src)
Then creating a defanglabs/win-get PR (see https://www.notion.so/defang-io/Steps-to-Release-a-Defang-CLI-5d380dc85f684e25a4aaef37fd917037?pvs=4 for steps)

GoReleaser is capable of automatic this process.
