Rejected projects

Generally we don't believe that we should be the ones deciding what gets tracked and what doesn't so we just list everything and let people choose for themselves what to ignore, but there's a few cases where we've rejected projects for various reasons.

For the sake of transparency, on this issue I'll list all the projects that we've rejected along with the reasoning that led to it:

• EUrxb (it's a stablecoin backed by assets external to the blockchain (eg:bonds)): I don't think we should consider the dollars that Tether or Circle have as TVL so the same applies here. Following this, the TVL of this project would be actually zero.
• Spore: It's only a token. The TVL that they wanted to list was their liquidity on AMMs (not even liquidity locked in a contract)
