Attempt to validate installation failed

I tried installing it using the installer script at (https://designsafe-ci.github.io/api-user-guide/docs/install_cli.html) and I kept getting the error, "find: invalid mode '+11'1' ". Due to this, whenever I run any ds command, it gives me this error
find: invalid mode '+111'
I can't figure where I am going wrong but when I manual install and pull the CLI Docker image too. Any resolve?
