[FEATURE] 'Blank' template with modern-cv header to use for supplemental files

Hello,
I'm requesting a 'blank' template that can be used to create supplemental application files. These files would then have a consistent header/design as the resume/cover letter.

Basically:

• Header
• Document Title, Date
• Paragraph content
• Name

For example, in an academic setting I might include a statement of research interest, a statement of teaching philosophy, etc. in my application packet.

Hopefully this would be relatively easy. I'm picturing the cover letter minus some of the added things at the start.
