Update the theme, based on WPTRT feedback

The theme is pushed live, but we have a few things we have to fix in the next version. That's the ticket URL https://themes.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/33102#comment:26

• Screenshot size should be 1200x900, to account for HiDPI displays. Any 4:3 image size is acceptable, but 1200x900 is preferred.
• prefix google_fonts function and the handle in wp_register_style( 'google_fonts', this never seems to be enqueued either

Other Fixes:

• hayley/inc/custom-header.php Line: 48 ERROR Found usage of constant "HEADER_TEXTCOLOR". Use add_theme_support( 'custom-header' ) instead, example - https://github.com/Automattic/_s/blob/master/inc/custom-header.php#L44
• hayley/comments.php Line: 31 ERROR Missing singular placeholder, needed for some languages. See (https://codex.wordpress.org/I18n_for_WordPress_Developers#Plurals)[https://codex.wordpress.org/I18n_for_WordPress_Developers#Plurals]
• Update haley.pot to match your theme or remove, it is not required
• hayley_sinlge_meta posted on and by author string should use printf or sprintf so the string can be translated as a whole phrase
• you don't need an echo in echo hayley_sinlge_meta your function outputs

Notes:

• You might want to remove development files - sass, grunt, etc and make them available instead via a git link instead
