TODO:

Figure out how to import dss write function from cluster script within meilisearch directory
Make inputs less complex -- potentially make inputs a JSON file
For each dataset, write both precip and temperature data, specifying data variable for write function
Put dss file in temp directory, upload file that is written to s3

Should also add logging and suppress ecCodes warning if possible
