Issue from chazzam: A triggered factoid can be misidentified as the same factoid as a random factoid of the same response

"bobbytables: !onrand decides to move on from their "scammer persona" and launch a collection of NFTs" -> "DickieBot: I've undeleted id 4154 which matched this factoid." But it actually matched ID 4155, which is onrand, not 4154 which was a triggered factoid.
