The code suggests that the license file of the GNU GPLv2 license is distributed together with the code, but it is missing in the repository. Presence of the file is also recommended by the GPLv2 license

Please add the license file from https://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/gpl-2.0.txt
or consider merging in the pull request #22
