Discord is probably changing the maximum file size again (25 MB -> 10 MB)

Looks like they actually did change the file limit

however it looks like it doesn't apply to Webhooks. I uploaded a file to see if it fails to upload due to the file limit and it somehow uploaded the 25MB chunks just fine.
