Jittery channels sometimes when scrolling

Describe the bug

Channels can become jittery when scrolling down at full speed, only occurs when Discord is not maximised.

To Reproduce

The bug doesn't occur every time, and also occurs at some resolutions more than others.
Minimise Discord to a smaller size, then find a server with enough channels to scroll down. Go to the top of the list, then scroll down at full speed.

Additional context

From my testing it only happens when the Discord window is resized, but not at all sizes. It doesn't happen every time and doesn't seem to occur on all servers with many channels (but did occur on more than one). Channels can't be clicked on when it happens until it is fixed by scrolling again.

Lil update, a new channel was added and now when it happens it will only jitter at a certain scroll position. It keeps doing this until I tab into a different server and come back:
