Modified 2014 by Bart van der Hall for dlackware

For libxkbcommon and others .SlackBuild's, it would be fine if original variants were first imported, then all needed modification applied to see the files history

in most cases they are packages that can be build from Sbo for example.
we only changed tags and {PRGNAME} to {PKGNAM}.
