Using ticket system UI as basis, create UI for Dogcraft Mail.

Group mail into conversations between 2 users. Build with the possibility of groups in mind

Players should be able to:

List, filter and sort all conversations
Report a message and/or player
Create new conversation by searching for player

Staff with permission should be able to:

List, filter and sort all conversations
View, resolve, etc reports

Reporting should be ticket based

Further considerations

Message/conversation deletion
