Cryopod Console UI apparently doesn't exist

Issue Summary:

Trying to look at the cryopod console just has a seemingly broken UI. Specifically, I noticed this on nebulastation, and I do not know if it occurs on other maps yet, so technically this might be my fault somehow given I did nebula's cryopod room.

Go to cryo (atleast on nebula)
Click on cryogenic oversight console
Stare at UI box that says it isn't real
