TODO: 
	- [x] Transfer everything from v1 to v2
	- [x] Make a rules dir and make rules for each command there.

IDEA: 
	- There will be a rules dir and a rules.json for each command and sub-command
	- When *create* commnd is activated: 
		- first a base command (without any args) will be executed new base dir will be created
		- Then each arg will be implemented by calling their respective function. 
		- Each arg will have their respective function and their respectiuve rules.json
	- When *add* command is activated: 
		- first it will check if various files/dir are present. 
		- if not then it will create those files/dir
		- If yes then it will simply find the markers and add code bw them.
		- If something is already present bw them, then it will ask for user permission before overwritting. 
	- Markers: 
		- there will be 2 markers for every code-line
		- 1 starting and 1 ending
		- if there is no code found between starting and ending - it means that 	  the feature is not implemented.
