Anyone interested, please comment in this Issue with suggested exercise activities and a link to how they are typically done or a description that would provide enough guidance to implement them in practice.

Suggestions are welcome from anyone, and those with the most support from others will receive prioritisation.

Potential Approach to Feature Expansion

A "diagnosis driven development" sort of approach may be a positive way to enhance features.

What this means is adding a feature suite meant to support someone working on a specific mental health affliction, providing the exercises and tools they may want or need to support that development as they go forward.

An example may be to look at the example of a person suffering clinical depression, and provide the tools they may frequently use in cognitive behavioral therapy as the first "goal", later reusing those tools as expanding happens. Tools in this context may mean things like support for timelines and journaling, as well as the "ABCD" exercise done often in CBT. Once many core exercises for a specific "target group" are provided, expanding into related problems is likely the most efficient way to have the biggest impact efficiently.

It's likely best also if we want this "help as many people as possible as efficiently as possible" development approach that we also try to identify groups that are large, have a high need, and are not otherwise effectively provided for.

A sort of meta-feature I might like to see also is the idea of the application letting you identify problems you have a diagnosis for or suspect you may struggle with, and allow it to recommend activities that may be constructive.

For instance, something that applies well to me would be... Oh, you have problems with ruminating about fears and anxieties, you said, well, would you like the app to remind you each evening to try and do at least one CBT style ABCD chart?
