Help making Slovenian locale

im having trouble making slovenian keyboard locale....i allmost got everything working except the alt-gr keys.

i think i succeed in making the full locale. ill send you a pic of my keyboard anyway so u can check if i missed something. i also made a pull request, so check that out also.
