Changes in v1.4.7/8:

• Fix internet things for old Java 8 (maybe)
• Fix Use F3 option for old versions
  • Btw 1.7.10 should fully work at this point (I recommend dirt covers and no fullscreen)
• Update PaceMan Tracker for multi version support (stay tuned)
• Implement rolling log and add "Open .Julti" button (#103 @marin774)
• Log will now jump to the bottom when Julti window is unfocused (maybe idk its janky)
• Various other tweaks/fixes
